Body of Missing Person, Kahlil Smith, Found Near Residence

Smith was located Saturday According to Toby Nix with the Coweta County Sheriff's Office:On January 25th, 2022, the family of Kahlil Smith reported him missing to the Coweta County Sheriff’s Office. He was last seen by family on 1-17-2022.On January 29th, the body of Mr. Smith was located in the woods behind his residence. Evidence at the scene shows that Mr. Smith died from self-inflicted wounds.Mr. Smith’s body has been sent to the GBI to rule out any suspicions of foul play.
