- In the event that the state and federal government has evidence of Jacob Christian Muse committing malice, murder, voluntary manslaughter or involuntary manslaughter he asked and claims truthfully self-defense. Jacob Christian Muse acted out of self-defense when three people could have witnessed the unlawful death of him.
