Driver from previous vehicle pursuit located, arrested
The pursuit ended in an accident on North Mills Dr.
The driver that ran from a February 2nd vehicle pursuit that saw the arrest of his girlfriend, Chelsea Dawn Daley, the passenger of the vehicle, and the discovery of her juvenile son in the back, has been arrested at his home off North Mills Drive.
Christopher Karl Glowacki, 34, of Newnan was arrested at his residence by Coweta County Sheriff’s Office deputies early this morning.
Glowacki was booked into the Coweta County jail on the following charges.
Obstruction of Officers
Duty upon striking fixture
Fleeing / Attempting to Elude Police Officer
Exhaust system – penalty for violation
All the charges are misdemeanors and as of posting, Glowacki remains in jail with a total bond of $3,775.00.
More charges are possible in this case. His girlfriend and passenger that night, Chelsea Dawn Daley, was arrested that night and has since bonded out of jail..
