Murder trial for 2-year-old Conner Perry continued
Defense issued continuance, other motions decided
Defense attorneys for Trinity Pittman and Jeremy Davis were granted their Motion for Continuance that was filed with the court May 15th, 2023 on May 18th, 2023.
The parties were original set to go to trial on Monday, May 22nd, 2023, but with the continuance are now set for trial on August 14th, 2023.
The Court also ordered that the State produce all evidence in the case to the defense by 5PM on June 2nd, 2023, this is to include a list, containing contact information, for any witnesses to be called by the state during the trial.
The Court also set a hearing on August 1st, 2023 at 9AM for hearing all on pending motions. Both sides were also ordered to file any remaining motions by 5PM on July 24th, 2023.
In a separate order of the Court filed May 18th, 2023, DFACS was ordered to produce their records to the defense, and the Court sealed those records.
Trinity Pittman’s Motion for a reduction in her bail amount was also denied by the Court on May 18th, 2023.
