According to court records, Jacob Christian Muse, the suspect charged with the triple murder of Evelyn, Tommy and Luke Hawk, is set to be arraigned in Superior Court on February 8th, 2023.

Court documents show that Muse is being represented by two members of the Public Defender’s Office, Michael Granims and Shawn Hoover.

At an arraignment hearing, the prosecution will set forth what charges they are bringing against the defendant, in this case Jacob Muse. 

The defendant will then plead guilty or not guilty to each of the charges present by the prosecution.

This is also a milestone in submitting some crucial motions to the court.


According to court records, no motions have been filed in Muse’s case since his arrest.
