- Jacob Christian Muse has been lied upon and illegally charged with allegations that hold punishment up to the death penalty. The Death Penalty has already been ruled by The UNITED STATES SUPREME COURT AS CRUEL AND UNUSUAL PUNISHMENT. Jacob Christian Muse invokes his right to have a lesser punishment such as life and/or 50 years incarceration not the unconstitutional death penalty. He also see’s and knows life as cruel and unusual punishment. Life sentences have been ruled cruel and unusual punishment. The Death Penalty is way to harsh and life punishments are way to harsh. U.S. Supreme Court has a right to wave all death penalties and life punishments under U.S. Code 800-305 and he invokes his right to such. America’s constitution is on his side

Jacob Christian Muse also has been receiving annoying displays of petty theft by Coweta County Detention CENTER. He has had sever pens and paper of legal work taken which is also a reasonable doubt that he is guilty of the death penalty.
