Home NewsCrime The Muse Letter: Page 3 – State Court – Affirmative Defense, Coercion, Entrapment, Denial Due Process, and Improper Illegal Warrant

In the third page of Muse’s Letter, he addresses the methods used to investigate and obtain warrants for his arrests. A few things to note:

  1. Stingrays’ are a piece of hardware used by law enforcement to collect meta data from cells phones in an area.
  2. He mentions a warrant issued after he was originally arrested. Two sets of warrants exist for Muse. The first, sworn out by an officer on April 25th and another after his indictment in June of 2022. This seems to be procedural.
  3. Very little about the investigation and evidence against Muse has been released publicly. Warrant information mainly confirms only that the ATF was able to trace serial numbers and confirmed matching serial numbers were found in his College Park residence.
