- It is a fact that the state must prove malice intentions in murder upon Jacob Christian Muse. They must also prove that the alleged victims weren’t in the right and did not provoke Jacob Christian Muse. Aggressiveness, provocation, and heated arguments, and use or threat of physical lethal and or non lethal physical force, wherein Jacob Christian Muse could not retreat, and committed by the alleged victims are proof of Jacob Christian Muse claim to self-defense this means that he is innocent and can’t be charged. It is a fact to dismiss. Jacob Christian muse is innocent until proven guilty and in the event the federal or state has evidence he claims self-defense profusely. This calls for reduced charge I. E. Involuntary manslaughter or voluntary manslaughter. It is a fact that Jacob Christian Muse was not in a Commission of a felony when incident occurred instead he was in a Commission of a lawful legal event. Jacob Christian Muse for a year has not been seen by judge and has a right to a bond hearing which are all reasonable doubts the federal and state has no evidence to hold Jacob Christian Muse guilty.
